Warranty & Appointment Cancelation 

Kondit EV takes pride in its workmanship and will guarantee the quality of our work in addition to the parts we use for a period of time after the work is performed.  

 

​All work performed by Konduit EV is warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months and unlimited miles.

 

For any electric motor rebuild performed by Konduit EV, Konduit EV will guarantee the repair to be free of any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year and unlimited miles.  

 

Konduit EV will warranty any Nissan LEAF battery upgrade or replacement performed by Konduit EV for a period of 2 years and unlimited miles.

 

All repairs that are warrantied are limited to the items stated on the Konduit EV invoice given to the customer upon completion of the work.  All work performed under warranty is to be performed by Konduit EV only.  

 

The warranty period begins the day that the customer is notified that the work is complete and that they can pick up their vehicle.  

 

This warranty does not include towing charges to any Konduit EV location. If the customer’s vehicle must be towed to Konduit EV in order to evaluate a repair that Konduit EV previously performed, the cost of towing the vehicle is the customer’s responsibility.  If it is determined that the work Konduit EV performed was deficient and did not address the issue, then Konduit EV will reimburse the customer for the cost of towing incurred to perform the warranty work.

 

A storage fee of $100 per 24 hour priod will be charged beginning 48 hours after notification that work is complete. 

 

Neglect and or abuse of the vehicle will immediately void any and all warranties for labor and material supplied by Konduit EV. 

 

This warranty does not cover customer supplied parts nor will a warranty be provided by Konduit EV for such parts and/ or labor.

 

We request that if a customer has made an appointment, but they are not able to make it, then they reschedule that appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.  If a customer does not show up for an appointment or if the customer attempts to reschedule the appointment within 24 hours of the appointment start time, Konduit EV reserves the right to charge an up front deposit of $200 for any subsequent appointment.
